Our approach
Letfast Finance takes complaints seriously. We aim to handle all complaints fairly, promptly and transparently. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
How to make a complaint
You can make a complaint by any of the following methods:

What to include
To help us investigate your complaint quickly, please provide:
- Your name and contact details.
- A clear description of your complaint.
- Any relevant dates, reference numbers or correspondence.
- Details of what you would like us to do to resolve the matter.
How we handle complaints
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to provide a full response as soon as reasonably practicable. Where a complaint requires further investigation, we will keep you informed of progress and provide an estimated timescale for resolution.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, we will explain our final response and any further options that may be available to you.
